We have developed skipped borrowers tracing team by training and providing additional technical infrastructure. The team is presently providing good support to our NBFC’s, Private Banks and Nationalized Banks Portfolio.
We have also developed separate team for seizing of two and four vehicles for NBFC’s and Nationalized Banks with structured formats with effective recovery.
We have SIP/ GSM lines for telephone connection with internet facility and provided printing facility from all the PC’s.
All our offices and branches are under CCTV surveillance so as to avoid mishap in any form.

We also have all important COC banners /posters covering all relevant collection scenarios displayed at all our operation and cash counter set ups.
We have a total strength of 650+ field & TC executives who have passed IBFI training & qualifying examination for “Recovery Agents” .
We have excellent organizational structure like corporate with defined hierarchy right from lower to middle and higher management. Our organizational split comprises of Managing Directors, CEO, Business Directors, Compliance Head, HR Head, Operation Managers, Operation Team leaders, Telecallers, Field executives, Accounts.
